We spent one night at Luzeiros which is a short Uber ride from the historic city center and from the Arraial de São Joao. The hotel is very modern, the staff friendly and the breakfast amazing.

Although the hotels on the beach, there really is no beach access and the beach in the area is full of large boulders. The area around the hotel did not look very safe and there really were no restaurants walking distance. The hotel amenities were very minimal. The breakfast was decent.

The hotel breakfast and ataff are great. The area is safe compare to centro. Centro is dangerous. we went there and were attacked by 2 people while many people watching at 10:30 amvas if it is normal. police came later and did nothing. we heard from them that we were the third attack. d sao luis is very dangerous. go straight to barrienhas if you lan to visit the Lencyos national park. it is not worth to risk your life. there are many poor people in town and police has given up.

Hotel bom , os mensageiros são uma graça , apenas um recepcionista que debochou quando falamos o estado que éramos , e tem um ponto que fiquei triste , deixei meu brinco banhado a ouro em cima do raque do lado da cama ( tenho certeza porque coloquei ele somente para deitar lá alguns minutos antes de sair para vir embora ) esqueci lá em cima e quando liguei disseram que não estava lá e não foi encontrado e tenho certeza que ficou lá.

Accommodatie is geen 5 sterren waard, lift is vreselijk, altijd heel lang wachten en vol met toeristen, met name bij ontbijt en avond eten. Douchekop boven je hoofd vinden wij niet prettig en bedden waren erg hard. Ontbijt en avond eten prima in orde. Ook het zwembad is erg groot en schoon.

Experiência geral muito a desejar

O hotel tem um bom restaurante e boa piscina, mas o ponto forte é o atendimento. Toda a equipe é solicita, simpática e eficiente. Ademais, tem muitos problemas: na nossa suíte roupa de cama e banho eram bem ruins, a limpeza estava muito a desejar, com box com lodo em vários pontos. Os amenities eram embalagens individuais, nada sustentáveis. Banho a partir das 19h era frio, por conta do aquecimento solar não dar conta, e a pia não escoava a água. Só tinha dois elevadores funcionando mas não eram integrados, demorava horrores e paravam em todos os andares. Sem contar que reservamos com bastante antecedência na modalidade “pague na acomodação” e recebemos uma mensagem dias antes, dizendo que se o pagamento não fosse realizado antecipadamente a reserva seria cancelada —algo que nunca me aconteceu antes.
