É preciso implorar para que façam a limpeza do quarto. Toalhas não tinha, voltei da praia e só tomei banho 4 horas depois em razão da falta de toalha. Café da manhã, não é o que aparece na propaganda e cuidado! Se for tomar café depois das 8h, corre risco de ficar com fome. Internet só no rool de entrada, nos apartamentos não funcionam, consequentemente a TV, tbm não funciona, não consegui assistir o jogo do Brasil contra o Chile no dia 4 de set de 2025. Não indico este hotel‼️

Desorganização

O hotel é muito desorganizado. Na primeira noite, pedimos uma colcha ou cobertor leve na recepção e nos disseram que nao havia mais nenhum disponível, pois os 5 cobertores (!) disponíveis ja haviam sido emprestados. No nosso segundo dia (ficamos 4 dias lá), a camareira nos disse que havia recebido a orientação de arrumar o quarto porque fariamos o check-out, informação que estava errada. A chave do quarto deu problemas varias vezes e tivemos que recodifica-la frequentemente. Deixamos o aviso na porta do quarto de que era para arruma-lo e quando chegamos da praia por volta de 16h ele ainda nao tinha sido arrumado. Pedimos entao, pelo menos, toalhas novas e a recepção disse que nao havia mais disponiveis...

Hotel rede Andrade SLZ

Quarto incrivelmente sujo no banheiro, com muito mofo e cheiro terrivel no quarto inteiro de mofo. Colchão nao ajudava no dormir, pois afundava, roupas de cama rasgadas , antigas, acredito que limpas, mas " surradas". Pessoal de serviço no café da manhã muito lento, deixando ambiente lotado e com espera para mesas. Simplesmente ruim.

Passei apenas 1 noite. O quarto é bem aconchegante, tamanho bom. E bem limpo. No entanto, a área do café da manhã estava uma bagunça. Logo que eu cheguei não tinham copos limpos (substituíram por copos descartáveis), as mesas tbm estavam sujas e com restos de louça do hóspede anterior. A vista onde é servido o café da manhã é bem bonita.

Comecou com o ar condicionado sem funcionar. Informei de manha na recepcao e eles disseram q iriam mandar ver. Saí e voltei quase 13 hs. Nada tinha sido feito ainda. Exigi mudar de quarto e o recpcionista com muita má vontade me deu outro quarto, mas reclamou qdo pedi alguem p me ajudar com as nalas pois tenho 71 anos e não posso carregar peso. Efpi. De ma vontade, mas foi. O café da manhã é extremamente fraco. Enfim, nunca nais me hodpedarei lá, inclusive não vou indicar p ninguem
