「House of West Kili is a beautiful and special place. The staff are welcoming and so kind, the rooms are very spacious and clean and the property is beautiful. The most impactful thing is the pride with which everyone works, making you feel at home. I recommend staying here and hope I get to visit again!」

「The property manager and his staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived after 1:00AM and the manager came to greet us and asked if we needed help with anything which was very nice of him. 」

「Great staff」

「Amazing hotel ideal for Kilimanjaro. Beautiful setting. Beautiful rooms. The staff are amazing - Christina and Cleopatra real stars. Very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Highly recommend.」

「I stayed at Kaliwa Lodge for 4 nights and was impressed by the tranquil and peaceful environment. The terrace is a great place to watch the sacred Mountain Kilimanjaro at different times of the day, and be connected to the nature. I brought along my yoga mat to practise on the terrace every morning. Food is great too, they prepared wonderful vegetarian food for me on request everyday. Staff is very nice and treat every guest with their heart. I really enjoyed staying at Kaliwa Lodge. 」

「I read some negative reviews before check in and I do not understand them at all. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was good (we ate lunch, 2 dinners and breakfast), we had air conditioning and a hot shower. The pool area was nice and the bar made proper cocktails- the first in our 3 weeks in Africa. We stayed 2 nights and would recommend. The airport shuttle left right when it was booked, even though it was 4 am.」

「I had a great stay there and such a great host. Belinda very nice person she waited for me patiently as my flight got there pretty late. Very attentive and just good people. 」

「An exceptional private oasis with luxurious and spotless accommodation, a private pool and lounge, beautiful modern design, outstanding hospitality and thoughtful extras, making it the perfect place to relax after safari.」
