We booked The Four Seasons for our honey moon and we loved it so much we are already planning our next stay! The views and pool area overlooking the Serengeti was a dream come true and the staff and service was a 10/10 ! A few individuals staff stood out by name I’d like to shout out for their amazing, friendly and knowledgeable service. Annie our transport safari guide one of only a few females was amazing we saw every animal on our list she would contact every other driver to find us the animal we wanted to see. She’s the best. In the hotel restaurant Marwa what a smile and fast and friendly service and hotel staff Anne ( twiga nickname) and Mr Nice. Thank you guys for making our honeymoon amazing ! Also our favorite food dish the mushroom risotto and lasagne 10/10

This property was a great little oasis. My husband and I stayed here for a night at the end of our safari and enjoyed it. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is also a complementary airport shuttle. The location is safe and conveniently near the airport.

Totally fine place to spend a night near the airport. Airport transfer was really well organized and prompt, that’s what really matters. WiFi is terrible, that really needs to be improved. Speeds are incredibly slow and sometimes unusable.

Abuu and his staff provided world class, extraordinary service. All meals were excellent, rooms an oasis and spa service from Hilda and Zam Zam as good if not better than anywhere in the world. The workers made us feel like we were family and all knew our names after our 4 day stay. I could not recommend Planet Lodge any more. If you are stopping over or coming Sorry, I’m in a meeting from safari, do NOT miss this lodge. From the day we arrived and were greeted by Eva’s smiling reception staff we felt at home. We only stayed here one night, however, it was a beautiful and welcoming facility. The staff was more than attentive, there was a small walking trail around the perimeter and the food was amazing. There isn’t much to do in the surrounding vicinity, but its atmosphere and cleanliness would have made us stay longer if we could.
