「Obviously, it's an expensive housing. In return, we have high expectations. Unfortunately, there was no hot water and there was loud noise of machine in the suite. The service staff responded quickly, but this should not happen and happen hardly even in regular hotels. There was no any compensation at all. We should also have had bottled waters per person at least as many days as our stays, but we just got one or two, and were charged for additional ones.」

「Excellent vi」

「Great location, very clean and nice room, and friendly staff! Steps away from restaurants, Main Street and bus stop.」

「The staff are very nice and helped with luggage. Wonderful breakfast. Wonderful view of the sunrise and sunset on the rooftop with hot tubs. Will definitely come again. 💕」

「Perfect experience at Athina Luxury Suites. A stunning view at Fira with private shots of sunset. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, certainly making our stay a worthwhile and memorable one!」

「Great location」

「We stayed there for 2 night, the location is great where have a lot of bar, cafe and resturant near by. It’s not far to walk to the small town like Thira. The room is very cozy, however the jacuzzi was quite small and it was located under the cave of the terrace, which we were a bit disappointed as it doesn’t like the photo of the suite that we booked. 」

「Sophia was very friendly and recomeded very good places to visit in the island. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. The hotel cleanness was decent, the towels smelled very nice. Unfortunately one of the gentleman that came to our room for various reasons had a very strong body odor that linger in our room for several minutes. One of my main complains is that the bathroom did not had a vent extractor so when one must use the toilet the smell escaped through the opening of the glass...

「We live in the room at the bottom of the hotel, even we need to have a few more steps, but privacy is great! The breakfast is great, reception lady may not so nice, but generally this is a great hotel!!!」

「10 out of 10. The room is very clean, the equipment is new and comfortable. Especially all the staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in Greece, I would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Fira as long as they don't mind the lack of views.」

「員工十分友善，親切。視野極佳，早餐可以在房間門口陽台一邊用餐一邊享受絕景，十分感動。唯一小可惜的是，如果希望搭乘公車移動的人，要考慮一下走路到費拉搭車的距離。」
