「Falta aseo en pisos , ubicación de la ducha inadecuado Sin privacidad, cortinas de habitación en horas de madrugada con el viento se cayeron , con gran estruendo sobre la cama , 8 am no hay ningún tipo de mantenimiento , exigimos cambio de habitación y nos costó ya que pedían más dinero , les y se notar que al contrario era deber de ellos como empresa compensarnos nuestro inconveniente o incidente o de lo contrario tendrían que entrar en devolución de nuestro dinero y nosotros abandonar el...

「Lugar sucio, lleno de polvo. Edificio viejo, baño extremadamente pequeño. Mascotas de huéspedes que no permitían descansar. 」

「This place was very clean and had nice quality everything. The food trucks/ other businesses on the property were a nice bonus and had a fun atmosphere. I might have missed it in directions, but it was a little confusing to find. The property includes a hotel, an office building, and these residences. They all share a parking garage so make sure you're reading the signs. A great place to stay!」

Based on my assumptions my stay there was pleasant and there were some adjustments I had to make once I realized what the accommodations provided the staff was friendly. 「Great location, just next to SJO airport (so airplanes flying by on top, but not during the night) and supermarket, with gated parking lot. Owner is friendly and easy to communicate. 2BR with small equipped kitchen and living room. 」

「Accidentally booked my flight too early and needed somewhere to stay. They picked me up from the airport (you have to message them) and dropped me off at the place. It’s not a boujie hotel but it’s perfect for a nights rest. The room was clean and there was AC. The mall, Walmart, and some food places are close by. 」

The bar next door has super loud terrible karaoke, the place was dark, they didn’t have my booking accounted for, it took them over 40 minutes to figure out what to do, they called some guy on the phone who spoke to me in a bad tone, and then they paid for an uber to move me to another location over 5 minutes away (at almost 1am) when the main reason I booked this place is because it was right in front...
