"Because our originally booked room was under renovation, the hotel moved us to two rooms on the same floor. There were five of us, so this actually gave us much more space and was very comfortable for our stay. The rooms were very clean and new, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly. Each room was also gifted a small bottle of Porto wine, which was a lovely touch. After we checked out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage for us as well. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!"

"My second time at this hotel. It really is the perfect city pad, close to Trindade metro station and 10 mins walk to the old town, without being in the middle of it. Very stylish rooms and large bathrooms, plus a lovely indoor pool and hot tub. The staff are very helpful and friendly. "

"Amazing staff. The guest service is among the best I've ever experienced. They were always smiling and ready to offer any assistance or provide tourist information. The room for four people was spacious enough and very well-equipped. It also has a terrace on the fifth floor with a lovely view of the Clérigos Tower. From that terrace, we were able to prepare our own New Year's Eve dinner and enjoy the fireworks."
