"I had an excellent stay at the Embassy Suites in Santo Domingo. What really stood out the most was the staff. Every interaction felt genuine - everyone was incredibly helpful, attentive, and seemed almost intuitive about what guests might need before you even had to ask. It’s beautiful during the day if you want to relax and get some sun, but it’s especially nice at night when the lighting and atmosphere make it feel like a great place to unwind after a long day. "Wasn't what I expected. Unable to use pool before 10a. No bathtub, thought I booked a room with a tub. Minibar was out and out banditry! Breakfast was awesome! Was never informed where anything was, restaurant, pool, gym...had to gind it on my own."
