The host is very responsive. Room is very spacious and clean. Bedroom is plain but we stayed for only a night and did’t mind. Location is good, a short walk to grocery and restaurant.

The apartment was really well maintained and clean. Owners were also always available and really nice. The main issue is that living room, bathroom and kitchen were open with a crate to the outside, so don’t expect the AC to be present there; perhaps that was a temporary setup cause there was no way to close such big aperture to the outside. Same also when it rained, since it was open, water tends to collect on the floor. Only the bedroom had AC working cause you could close the door and isolate it from the rest of the open apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment rental. It's in a great location within walking distance from the main strip. There are plenty of food options. Jovan was the property manager and he communicated with us very well to answer questions or if we needed anything. There is a beautiful rooftop to hang out at night.

Absolutely fantastic!

Amazing, modern aparthotel! It had all the amenities one can possibly need, WiFi fast enough for work video calls, an onsite caretaker who was available at all times, and was located in a perfect location on a very quaint and quiet sidestreet. The best feature, however, was the wonderful rooftop terrace. Highly recommended!

Like: Excellent location and friendly staff. In the heart of the old city. Close to everything. Nice-to-have: More hooks in the bathroom. Hard to hang wet towels and toiletry bags for multiple people.

The property is very good. The only negative thing I have to point out is about the process of receiving information on how to enter the property. In my case I never received any e-mail or communication from the administrators, I had to contact Expedia so that they could provide me with that information. This happened just 3 hours before I boarded the plane to reach the country.

El apartamento no tiene ascensor. La zona es buena. Al apartamento le faltan detalles cono son perchas en el baño que no tiene, en los dormitorios tampoco. La limpieza es aceptable, pero poco depurada. No están organizados, a pesar de haber pagado cinco noches, a la cuarta me avisaron que me tenía que ir. Le tuve que demostrar al seño encargado que no era así, y se negó a darme un número de teléfono donde reclamar. Por no saber, ni tan siquiera supo, o pudo abrir un fichero .pdf.. Los focos del espejo del baño no encienden. Hay pocos enchufes, un armario muy pequeño. En España sería un albergue de inmigrantes, pero sobre todo la desorganización y la tosudez. A mí no me correspondía demostrarles que había pagado cinco noches, ellos deberían haberlo tenido anotado... No volveré aquí.

Muy amplio y silencioso. El baño estaba sucio. Las toallas eran un asco. Las sabanas mala calidad. Pero todo lo demás la cocina sala y habitaciones amplios y limpios. El colchón de la cama era mala calidad, se siente el spring.

Confort et exceptionnel, au coeur de Zona Colonial

Non seulement l'appartement est situé en pleine Zona Colonial, donc à 5 min du coeur historique de Santo Domingo, mais en plus il est situé dans une ruelle en impasse, ce qui garantit la tranquillité vis-à-vis de la circulation. Il est tout confort, bien climatisé, bien équipé, parfaitement fonctionnel Et en plus il y a Joab, qui nous a accueilli, s'est assuré qu'on ne manquait de rien, a résolu tous nos petits problèmes avec gentillesse et efficacité. Un vrai bonheur et un excellent souvenir !

Perfect!

Wonderful location on a quiet side street right in the middle of everything. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated, great customer service & you can’t beat the price! Looking forward to many more stays here.
