"Nice pool area and delicious breakfast buffet."

"Our room was clean and the staff friendly. The bar by the pool was nice. The italian restaurant seemed to only offer the breakfast buffet. Cold cuts, fruit, coffee and such. Our room was right off the elevator, and other guests were not mindful of how loud they were in that area. Also a lot of street noise. If we came back, we'd want a room far from the elevator and not facing the malecon."

"The hotel is clean and cozy. The staff during the day are exceptional and not the same experience in the evening but overall good customer services. Close to everything including coffee shop, restaurants, supermarkets, mini markets and nightlife and many shops. I would recommend and I would stay again. "

"We had a great experience at this resort. The property is beautiful, clean, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always attentive, which made our stay even better. Since the resort is very new, there are still a few things that could improve, but it has a lot of potential. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future."

"The first room they had me in was on the first floor, the balcony door would t close and the shower head was barely functioning. I will Say they moved me to a nicer room but I had To wait till the next day which is still inconvenient. The hotel isn’t the nicest and the food is really subpar but the staff goes above and beyond and are so nice "

"Unfortunately, the property was noisy all night. Seems like the hotel doesn't have noise reduction walls. I heard everything, from doors opening and closing to people walking on the upper level and my own level, and showers running throughout the night. The shower doors, including mine, have a defect: something makes a cracking noise every time I use the shower, and it sounded like it wasn't an isolated issue because I woke up hearing it from different areas during my stay. It was a loud noise. Overall, the stay in the hotel was one of my worst stays ever. "
