My apartment was clean but Very Angry about the lack of communication with getting my room/apartment information and had to sit outside for more than an hour until they finally found my reservation after showing them multiple receipts of purchase. didnt have my own way of getting in and out of the building due to the mess up and had to wait to be let in when going out because they kept trying to verify i was suppose to be there. The listing said english...

"O hostel tem uma boa gestão, é limpo, organizado, confortável, ambiente seguro e acolhedor. O anfitrião é muito gentil, sempre disposto a ajudar, atento as demandas do hostel, tem uma boa Interação com os hóspedes. Bairro é bom muito bem localizado, perto de restaurantes, transporte público, supermercado, farmácia, fácil acesso a Uber. Quarto feminino muito estruturado. Valor acessível e entrega o que promete. Recomendo."

"Teve vários problemas. Ambiente muito frio. Não havia uma vedação adequada. Fogão parava de funcionar. Baixo fluxo de água da pia (fui avisado antes). Por outro lado, o apartamento tinha uma boa limpeza. E o acesso foi muito fácil. "

"assim que cheguei comecei a passar mal de rinite, tinha muito pó, levantei o colchão estava muito sujo de lixo e pó, recomendo levarem antialérgico! o banheiro não tem nenhuma ventilação entao tem cheiro de mofo, eu sou asmatica e fiquei muito ruim. De limpeza sao bem ruins, as roupas de cama tinha resquicio de que outra pessoa havia dormido ali, a coberta nao parecia ter sido lavada tambem, tava com cheiro de pó. A parte boa é que é tudo organizado, bem atenciosos, o pessoal do local é muito...
