Com banho quente limitado não da!

Deixo minha experiência a todos, no intuito que faça escolhas mediantes análises atuais do local.E a segunda vez que vou a este hotel , só quesdesta vez não volto mais a nao ser que seja no verão .Acomoda perfeitamente 4 pessoas com camas confortáveis .Fui pra curtir neve, mas infelismente só tem 120 L de água quente e já no segundo dia de cinco faltou água quente , fazia muito frio tendo que esperar quase um dia pra nova remessa de água quente .Nao tem calefação no quarto , mas somente um Arcondicionado pra aquecer todo os quarto.Me deu vontade de trocar de hotel , mas já estava lá .Aos atendentes tudo que solicitei, não houve retorno.Nao tem café da manha , mas pode ser feito no quarto.Muita sujeita debaixo das camas e quartos mal limpos.Disse para a tendente que não volto mais nestas condições .Acredito que sinceridade ao divulgarmos estas informações ,nos ajudam a fazer escolhas melhores .Sempre procure hoteis que forneçam café da manha mesmo que o básico como leite, café e pão .

Hotel bom mas com 2 defeitos graves. A internet é péssima. Simplesmente não funciona estávamos ocupando 2 quartos em andares diferentes e não tinha sinal em nenhum quarto. Nem mesmo não recepção pega. Outro ponto negativo é o atendimento rancoroso dos recepcionistas todos a exceção de uma moça de nome Fabiana. Muito simpática que chegou inclusive a compartilhar um pouco da internet do seu celular em uma emergência.

Excelente opção em Santiago

O hotel Bellavista Travel Suites foi uma agradável surpresa! É na verdade um apart hotel (com limpeza todos os dias), com cozinha, sala, quarto, um closet e banheiro. Apesar de ser um pouco antigo, o hotel está bem conservado e é bem confortável. Vimos que algumas unidades estavam sendo reformadas. As atendentes da recepção foram muito simpáticas e solícitas, não tivemos qualquer problema. O estacionamento é gratuito. O hotel está em uma região muito boa, a poucas quadras do Patio Bellavista, Cerro San Cristobal e Museu La Chascona. Essa região tem infinitos bares e restaurantes e é muito gostosa de passear. As ruas são todas muito arborizadas e seguras. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel e recomendo!

Perfect

Perfect location, just a few blocks from the nighttime action, which meant it was quiet. Air conditioning and hot water worked great. Kitchenette and living room made it feel like your own apartment in the city. Clean, updated and convenient. Will definitely go back!

Recepcionista nada agradável. Chegamos no hotel cansados e não permitiu nossa entrada, pq não estava na hora checkin. O quarto que fiquei era muito quente, o sol invadia e esquentava muito. Não existe locais para café da manhã por perto e o metrô não ficava muito perto. Certamente, procuraria outro local para se hospedar da próxima vez...

Goed apartement in perfecte locatie. Vriendelijke dorpse sfeer in centrum van stad met vlakbij volop leuke restaurantjes. Gratis parkeergelegenheid in kelder van hotel. Kamers hebben enig licht onderhoud nodig. B.v. nachtkasje en wc-rol houder vlaaen bij een lichte aanraking haast van de muur.

Conforto a bom preço.

Hotel muito bem localizado, de acesso rápido e fácil a todos os meios públicos de locomoção. Metrô e ônibus. Infelizmente não há supermercados próximos (apenas um empório) onde podemos comprar o básico para um café da manhã. Região tranquila e segura. Próximo aos principais restaurantes e barzinhos movimentados e bem frequentados.

me encontré que la habitación reservada era con cama matrimonial y había pedido dos camas. Ventana balcón no cerraba, mesita separación camas quebrada y control remoto TV cable no funcionaba. Al otro día repararon todo.

buen hotel y buen precio

El hotel limpio y buen ubicado. La habitación tiene una cocinita y sala de estar. A mi esposa le pareció muy frio (en setiembre) y no había calefacción. No tiene servicio de desayuno pero con la cocina es fácil hacerlo uno mismo.

There are better places nearby

Great at first glance. Large room, with a kitchen and sitting area, large balcony, as well as a walk-in closet (more space than you would ever need), but it wasn't clean. It didn't look like they had swept. Hairs on the sheets. Towels were stained. Uncomfortable bed. Difficult to find. It's at the very top of the street. Spotty wifi in the rooms. Quiet, safe area but about a ten minute walk to restaurants. I moved to a different hotel in the same area after the first few nights.

O quarto é exatamente igual ao apresentado no site do hoteL. A única observação é com relação as toalhas, é melhor trazer de casa.Funcionários educados e atenciosos. Apesar da rua ficar recuada, próximo a residências, fica há poucos metros do museu La Chascona, do Parque Metropolitano (zoológico/cerro de San Cristaban) e de uma das ruas mais movimentadas, com várias opções/variedade de restaurantes, incluindo o Pátio Bellavista, onde podem ser encontrados artesanatos, bares e câmbio. Há poucos metros do hotel, também encontramos um pequeno mercado, com frutas, pães e cereais. Há algumas quadras, encontramos o metrô,

Ótimo hotel - ponto fraco aquecedor

O apartamento e ótimo. Os atendentes sao excelentes. A localização e boa, porém a calefacion ou aquecedor não existe, não esquenta nada! E uma espécie de ar condicionado que também aquece. Entretanto mesmo colocando no máximo do aquecedor, não esquenta o apartamento! Fiquei em dois apartamentos diferentes neste mesmo apartehotel, e o problema do aquecedor existe em ambos! A água do chuveiro e bem quentinha!
