Se hizo la reserva y todo busque especificamente un alojamirnto cln estacionamiento y cuando llego dicen que el estacionamiento se debe reservar aparte y que no contaban con estacionamientos aparte la forma de decir las cosas del personal no era la adecuada....

We were upgraded to a two bedrooms with a suite on the 15th floor. The rooms are clean and spacious, close to metro station. The gentleman who checked us in doesn't speak English. We had to communicate with google translate on his cell phone. Everything worked out just fine.

o apartamento é muito bom, mas não tem serviço de quarto. Papel higiênico é por conta do hóspede quando acaba. Não é recomendado sair a rua depois das 22 horas pois é região central e perigoso.

A responsável pelo apartamento não passou a senha do cofre, que estava trancado A RESPONSÁVEL ENTROU NO APARTAMENTO SEM AUTORIZAÇÃO!!! QUANDO NÃO ESTÁVAMOS NO APARTAMENTO (o que causou desconfiança de algum dinheiro perdido e depois que a responsável entrou o aquecedor parou de funcionar) Não dá pra cozinhar no apartamento, pois o disjuntor "desarma" mesmo tudo desligado da tomada (E isso só é avisado quando ocorre a queda do disjuntor) A wi-fi é péssima, não funciona direito com 1 celular conectado. O apartamento apesar de informar que tem varanda ou pátio não possui. Só a localização que é boa, recomendo pesquisar outra localização próxima

Lugar sucio las sabanas olían a suciedad las toallas hediondas hacía frío y le pedí al encargado una estufa y aún la estoy esperando. No funcionaba el horno que quise prender para calentar el lugar. Los radiadores de la calefacción no funcionaban. Cero atención por parte del encargado Sr. Miguel.

Hotel bem localizado, proximo de tudo

Recepção 24 horas, atendente super atenciosa, porteiros gentis, limpeza do quarto muito bom, troca de toalhas todos os dias. Sempre que precisar de ajuda estão a disposição para ajudar, com informações precisas. Recomendo pra quem esta com criança, pela facilidade de ter cozinha. Hotel muito agradavel.

POCO RECOMENDABLE EN VERANO

Las habitaciones no tienen ventilador ni split, por lo que el calor es insoportable en la siesta y en la noche. había un solo ventilador para dos ambientes con camas. No cuenta con cocheras, debe contratarse a parte. Las cocheras se pueden contratar enfrente pero salen alrededor de U$S 20 por noche. Ofrecieron un contacto directo a través de un e-mail, y de esa manera, no pagar el porcentaje de la intermediación. La televisión se debe pagar con una tarjeta para poder verla. se alquilaron dos departamentos, cuando llegamos nos encontramos que estabamos en torres separadas. la caja de seguridad del departamento no tiene un manual instructivo. las camas comodas.

Hice la reserva con mucha anticipación a mi viaje por recomendación de una amiga, me quedaba una duda de la cochera y en los dps números de teléfono que figuraban en mi itinerario nunca me contesto nadie, debo haber llamado más de diez veces. Obviamente cuando llegamos nos encontramos con que no teníamos cochera disponible. Lo cual fue algo negativo pero nos dimos cuenta de que nos termino conviniendo porque según la encargada la cochera tiene un costo adicional de 15 dólares por día y en el edificio de al lado nos alquilaron la cochera por menos de 7 dólares. Otra crítica es que está muy poco equipado en cuanto a utensilios de cocina y otras comodidades.

Atendimento demorado, pessoas sem experiência e atenção mediana. Wifi nao funcionava e somente foi resolvido na segunda diaria as 15h. Somente aceita dinheiro em um atendimento a turistas internacionais fazendo a estadia ficar mais cara é desconfortável pois foi necessário ir ao banco e a casa de cambio para pgto. Fiquei insatisfeito, não retornarei a reservar
