「My 3rd stay at this hotel and its always excellent value for money. Good sized rooms and balconys with a wonderful view. The restaurant is very good indeed and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. 」

「圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。」

「Gute Lage und es war so als wäre man bei Freunden untergebracht. Super nettes Personal. Tipp: bessere Pfannen und die Basis Essig, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer sollten vorhanden sein. Ich habe alles dagelassen. Aber vielleicht nehmen die Gäste diese wieder mit… Ansonsten ist das Hotel für uns wunderbar gewesen. Freu mich schon auf das nächste Mal :-)」

「A great hotel offering a central base for Playa de las Americas and Cristianos, both offering restaurants, shops and bars galore to suit all tastes. The hotel is basic but is always clean, comfortable and has lovely helpful staff in reception and pool bar which is very popular.」

「Our stat lly at Ona Los Claveles was exceptional, great location and a beautiful apartment. We had a townhouse type property which faced on to the pool, couldn't have asked for more. Staff were lovely and pool bar was great for snacks and drinks, all at a really reasonable price. Fantastic stay and will definitely return. 」
