「The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. 「Great place to stay for a quick getaway from Manila. Property has all kinds of amenities from swimming pool, bowling alley, basketball courts etc to keep you busy. Keep in mind there are fees to use them if your only renting the place for awhile and you're not an owner. But fees are reasonable. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Nice restaurant on the 4th floor with reasonable prices and tastes good.Overall i would come back again.」
