The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and accommodating. Room 103, where we stayed for 2 nights, was quite smelly, like a sewer smell coming from the toilet. The toilet blocked 2 days in a row, and we requested to be moved on the 2nd day when the staff could not fix the problem. Rm 101, our last night was much better. Amenities: like hand towels were not available until you asked for it. The cleanliness of the room and general surroundings of the resorts need to be improved. The kitchen: staff was very friendly and helpful. However, a lot of the dishes in the meñu were not available. No fuits are available for the 3 nights we stayed, snd Lemery is a town very well known fir abundance of fruits. It appears that the staff really required guidance and support from the owner and managers of the place. The resort has a huge potential, however theviwner needs to provide more training, support, and overall management. The pool was winderful!

Toilet not flushing , sink detached from the wall and floor, leaking from below. Staff was informed but someone came just to mop the floor. That room needs serious work. 217 , we had a reservation for two days but we left after 24 hours.

Staff are realy very good .pool is realy nice ..but the place is oh so noisey with a karaoke machine by the beach they also have one at the next door property. .theres also a basketball court but children tend to practise in the corridors of the hotel up the walls also run play past the rooms ..there is no coffee or tea making facilities in the room but you can ask for a kettle and cups and teaspoon but you will be charged extra we were also charged for extra 2 pillows ! if you want more than one egg at breakfast you will be charged .. they dont have tea only very very strong thick coffee also milk is not available only powdered. We brought some bacon from the supermarket which they will gladly cook for you but ... .. yes you guest it !! ... they charge you for cooking the bacon lol . Avoid the beach its filthy with rubbish and excrement and loads of pebbles and moss in the water .. outside the hotel theres is no restaurants and nothing to do .. you will need to catch a taxi to the main town to shops
