「Hotel très agréable, bien situé et très propre, personnel globalement serviable et à l'écoute. Cependant, le service au bar restaurant est chaotique: repas commandé à 20h00, toujours pas servi à 21h30 malgré plusieurs rappels. Finalement comme nos enfants mourraient de faim, nous avons annulé la commande et avons préparé notre repas dans la chambre.」

「Comfortable stay at The he Casablanca with friendly staff. One small note is that when staff are clearing breakfast plates etc on the terrace they throw cutlery everywhere c into boxes causing loud sharp noises constantly. This is a simple thing to stop as they can just place things at the same speed. Sort that and I would be giving even better score.」

「I was a solo traveller, felt safe. Rooms very clean, free water and coffee and time is a bonus. Breakfast is lovely, not massive but has everything you could want. Room 108 has a very awkward toilet, think they are trying to make the best of a small space but this isn’t only criticism. Fair price, would book again」

「Amazing place with spectacular views. We had the package including breakfast and dinner. I was extremely happy we had the food included. Food was great and lot of variety. A peace of mind when you are having a relaxing time and don't want to worry where to go for food. Highly recommended. It really exceeded my expectations. I had read some reviews that the place needed some maintenance but i didn't see that anywhere. It was well maintained and updated. I just wished i had spent more time there!...

Besondere Wünsche/ Anliegen, z.B. Bestellung von Blumen und Geburtstagstisch zum Frühstück wurden ganz liebevoll umgesetzt, inklusive eines Geburtstagsständchens vom anwesenden Personal. Abwechslungsreiches Buffet Mittags und Abends, für jeden Gaumen etwas dabei.」
