"This was a nice hotel right across from the beach. The staff was nice. It is situated in a very touristy area. There are stores, nail shops, restaurants all around. If you don’t plan on leaving the area you won’t need a car. If you plan on bringing a car there is parking on the side street of the hotel and in the parking lot behind the McDonald’s. But I will warn you it can new hard to find a parking space especially on the weekends."

"We just returned from celebrating an anniversary trip at this property. While we did enjoy our stay I do believe it was overpriced for the accommodations. Upon arrival our hot tub was dirty (visible dirt ring) and had a good amount of sand settled on the bottom. They do not keep it covered during or between stays. The room is weathered and in need of a refresh, we're talking sagging drop ceiling in the bathroom, broken toilet seat, and leaking shower. And this is in the penthouse suite! We did the all inclusive, while the buffet was really good there are some weird stipulations around all inclusive. Not all restaurants are included, room service is not included and there are some downtimes where you will not be able to get food onsite without paying. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance though (highly recommend Burger Club). The spa is really nice (sauna, ice bath, indoor pool) although there was no availability for a couples massage trying to reserve a day in advance. May want to plan that ahead of arrival. Also the property has an app but it isn't super useful because every request you make still has to manually approved by a person, no automated booking confirmations. Also very slow staff response to chat. Would maybe stay again but would not pay for all the extra bells and whistles. Also we got a rental car. This place has no designated parking. Street parking is available but is a nightmare you really won't want to leave you're spot if you can get one!"

"Check In - Quick & Easy (arrived at 4.30pm), Rooms - One bed spacious for 3 People, aircon was cold in the main lounge area however no Aircon in the Bedroom, if we left the bedroom door open it was fine. Room was cleaned every other day although this was just a quick mop of the floor, change of towels and bin empty (you make your own beds), we were there for a week, whether they change the bedding if you’re there longer, I am unsure. If you closed the patio doors to the balcony from the outside, you were unable to open them again, fortunately one of our party were still in the room to open it from the inside. The one bug bear we did have with the room (Room 452) was, if one of your party had the aircon on in the room and other people wanted to sit on the balcony, the aircon condenser unit outside blew hot air straight at you, bearing in mind it was 38 degrees when we were there, we didn’t need the extra heat. Pool/Bar – Warm, even in the deep end, did get a little crowded in late afternoon but always managed to find a bed. Would have been good if it was open a little later (closes at 6pm). Food at the Bar was a little more expensive than out and about as you’d expect, ok for a snack, that’s about it. Location – To get to the bars, restaurants and shops, its either a walk down and then back up a relatively steep road or down and up the steps (187 of them from memory), fine if you’re ok on, your feet, if not I’d probably look at somewhere else. The hotel do run a minibus"

"Very clean . Staff friendly . Breakfast good. My only concern was there was no depth signs around the pool and also no hand rail for getting in and out of the pool. Signs saying no vaping or smoking around the pool - smoking area near the pool but those who vape were ignoring the sign. One guy even vaping whilst in the pool - needs to monitored ."

"The hotel is lovely . Clean and comfortable,i did have a problem when i went to the bar during the day for a drink ....staff member was on phone call ( to work related staff i believe not personal call ) but failed to acknowledge me or serve me so i went across the road to the shop instead ! Pool is clean and well maintained .lots of beds Going across to different restaurant for meals is unusual and they only supply small plates but plenty of choice and well stocked . Would book again if price was reasonable"
