We spent 4 glorious night at this hotel and absolutely loved it! The food is fantastic, the staff are so lovely and there was always a free sunbed! Everything is lovely, clean and quiet. We will absolutely be returning!

Lovely Stay

Lovely hotel in a great location near the beach. The food was decent but the all inclusive drinks options were very limited. Lovely rooms, everywhere in the hotel was very clean and the staff were all very nice.

Stayed with my three adult daughters in August 24, hotel very nice, clean, good facilities, friendly helpful staff, good choice at buffet and all inclusive adequate. Hotel was central so great location, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Cleaning of rooms is hit and miss - if you put a 'come back later' sign on your door you may not get your room cleaned at all that day.

This place is new and spotless The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are clean ( with a mini fridge that actually works ) It was probably the time of year but there was nothing going on at this hotel Its more of a hub if you are going to be going out and about, vety centeral to the beach And yes i would stay here again

It‘s near the beach and it’s super modern and everybody is friendly and when you need something they immediately help you. There a lot of people from around the world. The hotel room was perfect too for two people, everything is clean, you have a TV and a lot of services like renting a bike, bar, food and pool. It’s also very calm not noisy. I would recommend it! :)

I was advised that check in was at 14.00, but on arrival I was told that my room would not be ready until 15.00. The hotel itself was in good condition and the room was clean, and the bed comfortable. However, the hotel was very noisy in the early mornings and the shower didn’t appear to have been fully cleaned prior to my arrival.

We loved the look and feel of the hotel but we had a badly smelling bathroom that smelt like rotting sewers and drains but the hotel were good and moved us and we loved our new room with no issues. David, the lifeguard, was the stand out though with his attention to detail and going above and beyond the care for my mum to make sure she had assistance in and out of the pool due to mobility issues and was keeping an eye on her being in the sun too much in case she got heat stroke. Lovely and funny guy that loves his job and people.

Hotel is in ver good location and recently refurbished. Nice reception and lobby area. Rooms are quite small and basic but in good condition. We stayed all inclusive… drinks available 11am-11pm. Food was all buffet for break lunch and dinner and was nice enough, the same everyday. No snack bar as such, instead they did a snack buffet which ranged from day to day and times not always what advertised. Very limited at snack time to pizza and chips and a few cold meats and cheese. Pool area nice but not a lot of sun loungers instead they have Bali beds which you need to pay for. These lay empty for most of our stay would be better replaced with sun loungers. Would stay again due to location but not sure I would pay for the all inclusive.

Very bad sound isolation in rooms. We could hear everybody around us when they enter/exit their room (the door slams like somebody is entering our own room), you can hear water from the upper room somewhere in the walls when someone flushes their toilet. The quality in the room gets really bad if you leave for couple the hours. The food is really good and the people working were super nice to us.

The hotel is in a brilliant location. Very close to the beach and to some great cafe's, bars and restaurants all within a short walk. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. Our only downside was our view (room 106 / 107) was awful and meant we could not utilise the balcony at all. It overlooked the bins and service entrance of a neighbouring restaurant, I would imagine all the rooms along that side of the building are the same. Rooms were clean and tidy and refreshed every day, and the addition of the small fridge in the room was welcome especially as it was so hot. The sunbed situation could be better - the hotel have included a number of Bali Beds (at an additional Charge) which if replaced with actual sun beds would make the situation better. There is also much more space available to add some additional beds... People generally put their towels out between 9am and 10am when the pool opens. However the hotel decided mid-way through our stay to enforce a no access to the pool until 10am policy, removing everyones towels and putting them behind reception! Considering a last minute booking, location and facilities, we had a great time.

Amazing hotel! Renovated, clean, modern, super service. Had a room without seaview first and it was great. Decided to stay longer and received a new room for 2 more days with seaview, which was even greater! Breakfast and dinner food choice was amazing! Location is basically "on the beach". 10/10! Definitely coming back.
