"The room was spacious, well decorated and had an amazing view. The breakfast had a wide variety of tasty choices, and the staff was very friendly and professional. This was pure bliss!"

"Seriously mis-described. It is not a hotel it is a hostel, there was even a sign behind reception showing this. Very basic. There were brown stains on the bed cover, cracks in tiles, old, dirty mirror. The balconly area had not been cleaned and the previous occupants dirty cups and cigarette packets were left on the table. Astro turf on balacolny not cleaned, very unhygienic. Dirty, mouldy shower. Large brick pillar in front of the toilet which made it very difficult to use, had to stand in the shower to undo trousers to use it. No kettle. The room was dark and dingy. Wouldn't dare take your shoes off to pather around. Strong smell of bleach so afraid to brush against things in case it damaged our clothes. Dirty sheets left standing in the corridor. Basic facilities I can cope with but can not compromise on cleanliness, there is no excuse. Staff only available at certain times. Not allowed music after 8pm and silence after 10pm, never had such rules applied in a holiday resort. Demonstrates the type of people who would normally stay there if they feel the need to point this out.We had to leave and find something else. Nothing anyone could say or do would make us want to stay there."

"Gorgeous hotel. I was lucky to have a lovely room with a beautiful view of the beach. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There could be more vegetarian options at dinner and food could be better labelled. Breakfast was fab. Loads of choice and never struggled for a table."

" Honestly everything was great once we got there but the service before? Was awful. AWFUL. I wanted to add a guest to my reservation and I could not get in contact with them. I travel a lot and this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I tried to reach out to the hotel 6 times. I called and they answered but once I said “Hello?”, They hung up on me immediately. I then got a friend who spoke Spanish and they continued the conversation. This happened 3 times and refused to help me with my issue. I used the contact form on the website, I emailed them all over a month in advance, and no response. I even asked Expedia for help and they refused to amend my reservation or offer assistance. So when I got there, the lady working did not apologize nor offer kindness or regret about what had happened. Instead she charged us more than we paid for the initial booking and more than the Bahia Del Sol website price for a double room for two people. This would not had been such a hassle for any other hotel I’ve been to. Nor would it have been such a steep fee when the room already held space for two people. I’m thoroughly disappointed especially since it is a beautiful resort. "

"Unfortunately we were not aware that very little was open , no service by the pool no bar or restaurant open at the pool. Breakfast was good however every other meals was so disappointing.Raw meat and inedible . Pool staff very lazy not cleaning up,leaving dirty towels around and just looking bored sitting around."

"The property had amazing views and great food selection and service. we did the all inclusive which was great. The tv wouldn’t stream the entire time after multiple maintenance visits. no chrome cast of apps like netflix, Prime… already on the tv. The rooms are clean but very dated. The bed barely fits in the master bedroom. They never answered the phone when we call the front desk the entire stay. lastly when we checked in the had us sit down at the remote desk they pushed penthouse upgrade. If the views and meals and staff weren’t so good I’d choose another place closer to Palma and on the beach "

"Great hotel for families. Good pool area and kids club. 5 minutes walk to beach so no beach view. Lovely beach. Didn’t eat at hotel so can’t comment on the all inclusive aspect. Drinks reasonably priced. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and supermarkets. Kitchen equipment adequate. Evening entertainment as expected. "
