"Quiet, clean bathroom, comfy bed. Friendly, helpful staff. The location conveniently near Metro station, Whole Foods, CVS Pharmacy, Shake Shack, Chipotle and other good places to eat."

"I love staying at the Loews on Highland. Always a clean room, super helpful staff, great location with plenty of shops nearby."

"I waited for well over an hour at the airport in the shuttle pickup spot as per the instructions in the email you sent me. No one showed up. The email also stated that the complimentary shuttle would leave every hour on the hour. After I got on the shuttle the next morning to go back to LAX the driver and the manager VERY RUDELY tried to insist that I must pay $10usd despite me telling them to look at my confirmation email. I was so embarrassed."

"Location is great for the airport, restaurants are not easily accessed though. Room was modern, clean and had a great view. My only reason for not rating this 5 stars was my experience ordering room service. The person I spoke with was brisk, unhelpful and seemed bothered by my call to order food for the night. I would definitely stay here again all things considered."
