「Hotel balconies are under renovation with scaffolding outside. Lots of noise and debris from the construction. No complimentary bottle of wine as listed or breakfast service referenced in other reviews. Room and bathroom were clean but headboard and built in furniture scratched and worn. No mini bar and room safe doesn’t have locking mechanism. Lady who opened front door for us could not have been nicer and allowed us an extra hour checkout in the morning (meeting family who were arriving...

「The space was beautifully decorated and was always calm and quiet to walk into after being out in the city, I was especially impressed by the soundproofing of the rooms, we could hear other guests in the hallways but never heard voices from the other rooms and the windows were well-sealed against city noises. The housekeeper, who helped with breakfast was very friendly and gave us our courtesy key to leave our bags in the apartment after our checkout time to come back and collect them before...

It was our first time in Naples so we had a little trouble finding the place at first, however the host was a great help getting us there. They were very responsive with questions and request.
