「There was no staff. The room was clean and the room was nice but no amenities at all in the room. There was a common room for use with a microwave and coffee/tea maker. Once in the room you are safe however the building surroundings were not good. Don’t go out after dark.」

「The apartment is really nice and so were the hosts. The bed was comfortable but a little noisy when getting on and off and the stairs to get to the apartment are steep and not easy to climb.」

「My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Gentile Suite, Naples. The rooms were spotless with all amenities and the location in the heart of the Centro Storico was perfect. We loved the old building which was full of character. However the best thing was the host Eugenio - he couldn't have been more welcoming and ready to help us with every detail. In fact the first night he even got us a table at a lovely restaurant, showing us the way. We visited five major Italian cities during our 21-day trip...

「Beautiful and spacious room. Coffee machine in the room was great as was the beautiful tub and location. Make sure to communicate with the hosts in advance so you can get proper instructions on finding the place. 」

「Nicely appointed rooms and a really good location close to the old town, port and transport hubs. Comfy beds and good size rooms. Bath in the bedroom is not to our personal taste but I know is very popular these days. The breakfast was good and there was a good quantity. You order it the night before as the breakfast room is v small. I think for longer stays you might struggle with the variety. Staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
