「The front counter people are very helpful and friendly. Only thing to improve is the wifi system.」

「Das Bad war sehr alt und heruntergekommen. Es wurde mir nicht zum Geburtstag gratuliert. In andern Hotels war man dort viel aufmerksamer.」

「👍」

「The room is clean and spacious, good facility, helpful staffs. The breakfast is fantastic with various cuisine. 」

「It’s not in the city centre or shopping centre but it’s near metro (approx. 5-8 min walk). The room is a bit small but it’s good for us as we stayed a room with balcony.」

「The hotel is comfortable and the staff is nice」

「Good place to stay」

「nice clean room with great view」

「The female staff at the front desk, has a good service attitude and helpful」

「safe, comfortable, convenient, friendly」
