聖克魯斯出租度假屋

「Buen lugar seguro regresare」

「Everything was perfect!」

「We come from Hong Kong. All the lobby securities are very nice, we do not speak Spanish but they do patiently offer us help. We appreciated that. We do have a noise problem during our stay, as we were in lower floor near public area. People would stay for chatting and chilling during late night and early morning. We contact the staff about it, and they have improved that problem. Location may not be in the center but the area is safe for living and 10mins walk to the metro station or shopping...

「Great hotel. Loved the views at the hot tub!」

「Very poor service. They didn’t provide anything to wash the dishes with. We were left outside for 20 minutes because the receptionist wasn’t there; we tried calling, but there was no answer—she only opened the door once she finally came down. They wouldn’t allow me to have any visitors, and my room was never cleaned during my entire stay, even though I put out a sign requesting that it be cleaned.」

「Everything was great we will definitely be back Super clean, great location and everyone was wonderful」

「Es mi segunda vez y amo este lugar. Limpio, seguro, personal amable, equipado. Las habitaciones al lado justo de la iglesia es un poco ruidoso pero se puede descansar perfecto.」

「Feel very safe and close to Sante Fe Mall」
