Pleasant staff and good location to Cathedral. The hotel has a roof top bar with live music that gathers a good crowd. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants close by just don’t judge the restaurants by the look of the premises from outside. The hotel is aged but comfortable. I suggest not to stay on the 3rd floor as the noise from the roof top bar and it’s kitchen can be loud. Specifically noise is generated by items being rolled or dragged on the kitchen floor resonating to the floors below.

Comfy good value hotel near Santa Cruz plaza

Well located near main plaza, good value for money. Our room was big with 2 double beds. It's not 5 star (says 5 star outside) or particularly near it, but staff very friendly, buffet breakfast has plenty of fresh fruit (included in the price) and eggs cooked to order. WiFi is good unless it stops working.

Comfy but an architectural oddity!

We ended up accident at the sister hotel, Senses boutique because this website had that hotels address on the app. An oops for you, but it worked out for use due to the excellent location, and the ability to check in a few hours earlier than policy.

A estadia no local foi agradável. Os quartos eram espaçosos e confortáveis. No entanto, uma área que poderia ser melhorada é o café da manhã. Embora disponível, era muito simples e limitada, não atendeu às expectativas.

El centro histórico no está bien cuidado y se esta abandonando , las calles sucias y poco promocionado. El hotel parece que se deja también llevar por el ambiente de alrededor. Hay muchas plantas que parecen abandonadas y poca vida dentro.

No tiene limpieza la piscina, se veía restos de basura en la misma, el piso en el hall con había limpiador de baños que estuvo toda la tarde, y no hay televisión porque no han pagado el servicio de cable, el hotel es muy lindo y grande pero le falta atenderlo

Malísimo todo!

Malísimo me fue! La aplicación me dio como aprobada mi reserva. Viaje con dos niños 14 hs ( uno tiene 2 años) y al llegar el empleado JARED ROSAS me dice que almorcemos y luego teníamos nuestra habitación y después me dijo que no, que ni aun teniendo número de reserva y datos de la aplicación me iban a dar las habitaciones. Solo nos hizo quedar para cobrar los almuerzos. Y después nos desconoció y no nos dio ni siquiera la opción de hablar con un gerente. Solo decidía él según el mismo. Y decidió no respetar la reserva y sacarnos a la calle con dos criaturas . Malísima la comida y la atención ni hablar . Y la aplicación también por que esto con otra nunca me paso!

Excelente ubicación

Las habitaciones bastante amplias y muy bien equipadas con frigobar, caldera eléctrica y todo lo necesario para servirse una bebida caliente. Además contaba con ropa de cama extra, plancha y mesa de planchar guardada en el ropero. El baño también contaba con secadora de cabello y una tina. Muy lindo hotel y a un increíble precio!!!

NO SE QUEDEN EN ESTE HOTEL

Una experiencia terrible. Comenzando desde que al llegar al hotel NO TENÍAN MI RESERVA. Era la noche de Año Nuevo y reservé para pasar la noche en pareja, al llegar al hotel mucha gente quejándose y cuando muestro mi reserva me dicen que no tienen ninguna habitación apartada para mi y que era un “error”. Una pareja en la recepción quería cancelar por lo que yo pude tomar la habitación. El personal NO ESTÁ CALIFICADO, son cero profesionales, ni amables, ni atentos, ni empáticos, son lo menos profesional que me ha tocado en toda mi vida. El ascensor del hotel NO FUNCIONA, el personal no se disculpó, ni preguntó si necesitaríamos ayuda para subir 4 pisos. Al llegar a la habitación no nos dieron llave y al pedirla me dijo el “botones” que le avise cada vez que quiera entrar a mi habitación y el me abría. El teléfono en la habitación no servia por lo que para pedir cualquier cosa tendría que haber subido y bajado 4 pisos por escaleras para encontrar gente sin
