Come and go easily, intellectual and kind owners who are working hard to make the property improvements that will bring this hotel up to the next level. A family friendly environment with easy walking distance to everything you need. Bed was not the best, but I know they are upgrading so I appreciate the ongoing process. For a few nights stay, the deals are very fair prices.

The state was mostly okay, but I didn't like the fact that they did not have anyone on site to receive me. When I got there. It took them about 10 minutes to arrive. And that was after I finally managed to get through to them on the phone.

Large space was great. I got food poisoning and I asked for a doctor...and he came very fast. Very helpful staff....and they called taxis many times for us and they arrived quickly. Very satisfied with this place.

Super attentive service, super clean premises. Bed was very comfortable. Recommended for both short or long stays. Safe/nice and quite neighborhood, many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Staff (Felix) extremely helpful , fully service oriented. I did not have breakfast so no comment on that. In room kitchen and mini bar were excellent. For noise sensitive ones at night there was this noise of a pump going on and off and one neighbor turned TV on like at 3.40 am. No lift but no problem , staff were always there. Internet must be improved. Overall it was a perfect one night stay in Santa Cruz. I would certainly book again without a doubt.

4 super comfortable nights at this place.

We stayed 4 nights in an apartment with a terrace in this great hotel and thought it was one of the most comfortable stays we have had during our long trip in South America. The place was super clean and spacious, we had separate bedroom and a large living area with kitchen and dining table. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The view from the terrace was great. The staff working there was more than helpful, they met all our requests very quickly and had a great service-minded attitude which only added to the feeling of comfort we have had there. The hotel is located close to some nice restaurants and quite near - shopping centers. It is not in the city center so one probably would need a taxi there. The area feels very safe.
