Fireside Inn Santa Cruz
Stayed here during a solo trip. Felt completely comfortable and safe. Great location felt like I was near everything I wanted to go to. I just didn’t like the sound of the aluminum(?) bed frame when I got on and off the bed. Felt like a big back lol

Aqua Breeze Inn
You can feel the sea breeze through your window. A fair amount of activity sounds from the boardwalk, you are in the center of it all. There was an earthquake one night and the place shook but stood strong! Staff are awesome!
