「The location is superb, walking distance to beach and State Street with eateries and shopping available. Hotel is lovely and newly renovated. The rooms are small but there are nice places to gather within the hotel - the lobby area, patios, and nooks. The staff is super friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the wine tasting offered on Fridays and Saturdays. Unfortunately, our room was next to the garbage collection area of the next door pizza place and we heard the truck pickup at 4 am Saturday....
