"Took my mom for her birthday week to Santa Barbara and decided to stay at Casa Riviera. Best decision we made. Mom had a fantastic time and the hospitality was superb! I will definitely be staying here again! "

"This property wasn’t bad, but definitely not what I was expecting. I stayed for 1 night and upon check-in I was charged $15 for an overnight parking pass, and a $65 hold was charged to my CC in addition to the room rate. It also took at least 20 mins to get the card reader to work. Once that issue was resolved, I requested to be moved to a room with a partial ocean view if possibly we because the initial room smelled damp and was told it would be a $15 upgrade fee. Fortunately, the cost to upgrade was waived (thanks!). The staff was friendly, but the property could definitely use some maintenance (i.e. paint, windows, light fixtures, furniture, doors etc.). I can’t say I would choose to stay at this property again in the future, but all in all it was quiet and there were no issues at checkout."
