"When I first got there or the check-in was very pleasant Gardunos The restaurant was very good and the service was excellent the room was okay but not for the price that I paid on top of that they charge a resort fee. Also, there was a lot of fighting outside in the parking lot in about 5 o'clock.AM, there was gunshots, about 8 of them.Definitely, do not recommend this place.It's nothing great"

"Front desk employee was super rude when I arrived. Rooms were nice but the room next to us were very loud throughout the night. Luckily my kids were exhausted from our drive it didn’t bother them. "

"Second time here in the past year, and the second time they've completely screwed up charges, despite a very protracted and frustrating back and forth last year. I wanted to give them another chance as the Andaluz next door is nice, but loud from street noise, and the Parq Central was sold out. As a very frequent business traveler to Albuquerque I really wish these folks were even marginally competent, as the hotel is decent and unlike so many other properties in downtown ABQ it's actually quiet enough to sleep!"

"My room was great, clean and quiet. Outside the hotel was a man going thru the trash looking for food, made me sad. I found the desk clerk that checked me in was professionally polite, but not friendly. After a bit of begging on my part, I old and I was tired from driving, he did get me a room at 3:45. The other desk clerk was very friendly and personable. The lobby and halls were very clean. "
