「When we were checking in our first impression was with a young security guard that stated that our kids couldn’t be loitering in the lobby. We literally just checked in. I asked if they were doing something to cause an issue and it was stated that they needed to be sitting down until going to the room. Very poor customer service to say the least and not kid friendly at all! We get it’s a Casino but how they treated us was very disappointing to say the least!」
