「Our room was very clean and quiet. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest, but still better than we have experienced in some other hotels. What we appreciated most was that the team allowed us to keep our bags in their office for the entire day, even after we had checked out. Our check out was at 10:30 am, but they allowed us to store our bags in their office until 6pm since we had a coliseum tour and wouldn’t be able to bring our bags with. This was free of charge too! 」

All staff we saw during our stay were friendly and very helpful, it was obvious to us how committed they are to ensure their guests are comfortable and well taken care of. 「Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass. I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect. Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask. Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins...

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」
