When I stayed there 5 years ago, the rooms were spacious, The service was good. This year, the room was small and smelled of cigarettes. Daiyokujo was also bad. It looked like they were cutting costs.

清潔でかつシンプルなお部屋でした。 お部屋に入った時は少々狭く窮屈に感じますが、ベッドが広いためそこまで居心地が悪いとは感じません。 洗濯や大浴場の利用状況もテレビで見れるようになっており、快適でした。 一つ問題とするならば、敷地内に停められる駐車場が少ない。近くにあるので、全くない！という状況ではありませんでしたが、不便に感じました。

駐車場の精算が分かりにくいので、事前説明が無いとトラブルになります。 精算機の場所もわかりにくく、ホテルの料金と合わせての精算と思ってしまいます。 ゲート式にしないと未精算で帰る人もいると思います。

本館に泊まったが、エレベーターが1つしかなくとても不便。3時半にチェックインしたが、目の前の部屋をまだ掃除していた。駐車場の収容台数が少なく、かつ提携駐車場は遠く、なおかつ、有料なのは納得がいかなかった。

長岡花火の為予約しました。スタッフの方はとても丁寧に色々と対応して下さりとても良かったです。花火の後は大浴場もかなり混んでいましたが、子どももいたので。部屋のお風呂以外でさっと入れたので良かっです！なかなか宿泊施設が見つからなかったので予約できて本当に良かったです。
