「My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. 「The road construction hinders the access. The mobility access room did not have walk in facilities and the bed was too high to get in and out of with out assistance. The breakfast area had two tables with regular chairs. Otherwise bar height seating or couches were the available options. Not exactly comfortable for elderly short individuals who have difficulty with mobility.」

「they over booked my room and put me into another room that smelled like smoke. They charged me $40 more dollars and I still haven't received the money. Breakfast was just ok..」

「It was 8 pm when I arrived and the gentleman at the front desk said house keeping had not cleaned my room yet so please give him a few minutes so HE could go get it ready. I had no confidence that the room I would be getting would actually be properly and completely clean if he had to do it himself self, especially after taking a look around the place, so I left. If your 5 hours behind on house keeping, the customers money should be refunded. The man at the front desk was polite and very nice.」

「The breakfast was delicious. The room was more than adequate, especially taking the rate into consideration. In other words it was a great bargain.」
