The Shore Club exceeded our expectations. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at home his hotel. Our room was extremely comfortable and always well maintained / cleaned twice a day, always on target. The beach was heavenly, water always calm, sand white and clean, we loved the fact that you can walk for miles into the ocean, without it getting deep, you have to experience this for yourself. One of the best beaches I have visited. The pools were also very clean and never crowded. The...

New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...

The place was more than what i expected, booked it for my Husband birthday he loved it very much we will definitely stay there again.

This is probably the best resort I have ever stayed in. Perfect property, wonderful people, amazing attention to detail, walkable to shops and restaurants, tons of amenities. I will be back and I would not stay anywhere else. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Beautiful resort! Very family friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Short walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Grace Bay. Great restaurant on site. Can’t wait to return!

Grace Bay Club is fabulous. They welcome you with a bottle of champagne and great fresh fruit. The refridgerator is also stocked with cold water free of charge and gets replenished when asked. They have multiple clean large towels so you do not need to constantly ask for fresh towels. The lounge chairs at the pool and beach are cushioned. You have access to a personal concierge if you desire. My husband sent him out to the food store for some staples for the room.

Proximity to shops and restaurants is excellent. Can ride bikes to these amenities easily and safely. The sole kayak was not in great shape and no paddle board is available. In our unit the small fridge would not make ice. No ice machine is available. Luckily we took out Yeti bag so it was manageable and not overwhelming to the stay. The small size of the complex was a big plus versus the larger, more commercial style accommodations for us. Would definitely go back. Grace Bay is an amazing place...

Perfect place to stay if you need to be near the airport, great rooms, Staff owners are legends they drove us around where ever we wanted to go which was over and above what they needed to do so. Over all 10/10 stay! Highly recommended

I’m not sure why anyone wrote a bad review for this place because it was truly amazing. We came for our honeymoon and had the best trio of our lives. We have stay in a handful of all inclusive resorts and this one was one of our favorites. The food was really good especially at fish deck. The beach was amazing. The room was nice and clean. The only thing that surprised me was the friendliness of some of the staff. The ladies working in some of the restaurants acted like they hated it there and...

We loved everything about the Palms! The grounds are beautiful… especially the pool area with the infinity pool. We loved the free buffet breakfast every day and enjoyed high-quality, delicious dinners at your several restaurants m. We also appreciated the staff’s diligence when it came to enforcing masks and hand sanitizing. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi around the pool area/other public areas was not great… But in the hotel room itself it was fine. Loved the cucumber punch and shortbread...

We absolutely loved Point Grace. Mary (the Guest Relations Manager) was awesome. She contacted us a month before our trip to arrange our airport transportation (which most hotels do not provide). She set up all of our restaurant reservations before we arrived and provided other important info. The hotel is very tranquil which matches Grace Bay. It's very quiet. Everyone who goes there seems to want that tranquility. The grounds are more well kept than some of what are considered the...

Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and...
