「Amazing staff, Great Value! We arrived late, but communicated with staff for the check in process after hours. The room was great and matched the pictures. Clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and took time to answer our questions. They had a FREE bus to the Gondola that was timely and on time. Even a Grocery shopping run! On check out, the staff let us still use the shuttle and leave our car parked! Saving us from the astronomical Vail parking fees. I highly recommend...

「Parking with a truck and snowmobile trailer was horrible. I called the hotel in advance before booking and asked about parking. I was told they have bus and truck.trailer parking on site. This was NOT true! The lot is small and there were 10 abandoned cars also taking up spots making matters worse. If the person would have tols the truth I would never have stayed here! Arrive right when they we having happy hour with a free glass of wine and a nice assortment of snacks (meat, cheese, nuts, homemade pickles, etc.). room was clean and just what we needed, then had a delicious breakfast in the morning. Perfect location on Main St. to hit shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.」
