「Facility is worn and tired but it looks like the owner is trying to maintain it as best they can without doing a major renovation. The room was clean but had a light cigarette smell even though it was a non smoking room. The tub-shower was rusted. The bed and air conditioning was comfortable and room was large. The people hanging outside the entrances and smoking was a bit uncomfortable to us. 」

「The desk clerk was looking at her phone and didn't even see me approach when I went to check in. I had to say good afternoon to get her attention. Then when there was a problem with my reservation she just said, "call Expedia. I can't help you." She was no help at all and in fact had a very rude attitude. This set the tone for our entire stay: after traveling 12 hours, being tired and roadweary, to get there and to be treated like that.... was embarrassing and unpleasant to say the least. The...

「Very modern and super clean! We really enjoyed this hotel more than all the Hiltons we had stayed at. Charlotte worked in the breakfast area and a very nice and pleasant lady. She made us feel comfortable.」

「Breakfast was hot and fresh. It's an older property. My biggest complaint is that the doors slam shut against the frame with no cushion so they are very loud. From down the hall. Also no sound insulation allows noise to travel thru from hallway into room.」

「Hotel was under renovation. We could not get Internet in our room which made it hard to work. The staff was unbelievably helpful courteous and try everything to make us comfortable while we stay there. I look forward to staying there again once the hotel is finished being renovated.」
