「There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.」

「Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer...

「Front desk Joseph was a delightful person and being very helpful during our stay. The spa area is very clean. The dinner was delicious. Strongly recommended! 」

「The best place to stay in the Dolomites, hands down!」

「Great location with gorgeous views. Multi generational, family owned and operated. Kind people. Michelin star dining available and well worth it!」

「4 *」

「Parking is great View is really nice」

「The property is conveniently located, but it is not particularly relaxing. It feels more like a mountain lodge than a comfortable hotel.」

「Beautiful space!」

「Beautiful hotel. Stunning location. Great pool area lovely terrace for breakfast. Staff were attentive especially Leonie on reception who was very patient with our poor German. She gave lots of useful information and directed when we needed help」

「großzügiges, komfortables Zimmer und Bad, gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber, nette Dekoration, keine störenden Geräusche, .., wir waren sehr zufrieden」

「Our stay at Eisenhut was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. While parking was not onsite, the garage was less than a five-minute walk away. The hotel also provided very clear, helpful instructions to find it. I loved the modern, minimalist design of the hotel. Breakfast was memorable. The quality, presentation, and variety were a daily highlight. It set a high bar for the rest of our trip. Thank you for a...

「Great hotel with fantastic amenities, including two beautiful pools, a relaxing thermal pool and a stunning infinity pool. There is also plenty of parking available, along with multiple EV charging stations right on the premises. Highly recommend!」

「Solid 4 stars hotel. Modern, clean and good quality breakfast. The Suite room single sofa bed is comfortable enough for an additional adult 」
