「Overall great experience and lovely staff. The location is top notch. One thing to note is hot water runs out pretty quickly at night. The staff told me the room has a small tank for hot water so make sure not to keep running when taking a shower.」

「Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. You looked into a courtyard of sorts which was quiet at night so you could have the windows open if you chose to. Found the floors to be “creaky” and you could hear footsteps and movement from above. The location was convenient to both the downtown and the “old town”. The on site manager was a great to deal with and helpful. Great communication.」

「This hotels was in great location if you want to explore for the foods. Room interior was very modern and cool. We stayed top floor which has nice balcony. Room was very spacious but no hooks and chair was only one with desk. If hotel would put more hooks on room and bathroom and put some small sofas…. That would be more than perfect. We would love to stay again if we could go back to San Sebastián.」

「Clean decent sized room, close to old town area of San Sebastián which is great. The breakfast was simple (it’s not a buffet & is done in the next door bar). My only comment would be to have more options on the breakfast menu (everything was bread or croissant with something else). Overall, it was lovely stay and I recommend it」
