「This hotel in my opinion, occupies one of the best positions along the La Concha promenade and importantly has a terrace which many other properties do not. Everything about the stay was exceptional. The in-room amenities were well thought out. We stayed in a delux room with a sea view. There is a pillow menu available and my feather pillow was delivered within minutes of asking for it. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and everything refreshed regularly so it was all fresh. ...

「It’s a great place to stay in the old city. It’s so close to everything and I thought it would be harder to get there by cab, but you had to walk down a few steps and you’re in the heart of everything. We had a nice very comfortable king size bed with plenty of space in the room for our luggage. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and 1 billion restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend it.」

「Hotel is 5 min walk from the beach and about 30 min walk from the old town. Walk to old town is very enjoyable along the beach. Where are no good restaurants or bars around the hotel, need to drive or walk to the old city. Room was a little small, but balcony was huge and overlooking city and bay. Very good breakfast, nice garage, which need to be reserved in advance as space is limited. Staff is very helpful.」

「I'll start with the good. Pension Iturrizza is in a superb location in San Sebastian's Old Town. It's on a quiet side street near a church, very close to excellent dining (which is everywhere) and steps from the dock, beach and aquarium. It's hard to imagine finding something so convenient for what is a very good price. If all you want is a place to drop your bags and have a place to sleep, go for it. You probably won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't give more than three stars for two...

「Great location. Front desk were great. Ivi bar manager and her team were so professional and accommodating. Need for better rooftop bar and pool service from staff. They left dirty dishes around and had attitude. Would stay here again but strong suggestion to invest in more lounge chairs and umbrellas. It's too hot on a rooftop to have only 4 umbrellas !! You left many customers disappointed. Overall a great hotel and Helpful staff」
