「When we arrived it took the host some time to open the gate. We took a taxi as this place is quite far out from modena. 「The room was very clean, fully equipped, and in a good position to reach the city center by walking. We got two main issues: 1: Communication poor and inefficace. We got a not-working link to complete the check-in. We tried different ways to get in contact with the structure: mail, Whatsapp, telephone. After a long chasing and trials, we got the codes to access the apartment. 2: air conditioning not working in the apartment. We couldn't sleep the full night, as it was 30 degrees and high umidity...

「The room was clean & the location great! Also appreciated the coffee pods & helpful, cheerful cleaner that came through in the mornings. Shower could be cleaner & there was no place to hang our towels. WiFi wasn't working when we arrived so we msg'd them & they said they would try to restart & let us know. No one got back to us. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived the next morning for him to restart the router. We also asked for a quiet room only to be placed right next to the front door...

「Kaikki alkaa olla jo erittäin kulunutta. Olko-oven kahva tippui irti, wc-huuhtelu painikke tippui irti seinästä, parvekkeelta puuttui kalusteet, ruokakalusteet(tuolit) hirveässä kunnossa. Vaikka puitteista ilmoitettiin, asialle ei tehty mitään. Huone oli puhdas ja liinavaatteet puhtaat vaikka yleisilme kulunut. Kolmeksi yöksi varattiin perhelomalle tämä huone.
