On the wharf. Great view of the bay and Morro rock from your bed. We stayed in suit. B but have stayed in the upper mini suit on the second floor also. Love the view and right downtown. Great service, great people.

Clean with an amazing view and location!

If you're looking for a place that is very clean, has a great view, and in a great location then this place is it. It is no frills and very basic but perfect for us. This isn't a luxury hotel so if you're looking for anything even remotely fancy, this place won't do it for you. There's a coffee shop right next door and many restaurants within walking distance. The view and sunset was absolutely spectacular. We traveled with our infant and toddler and the bedroom was perfect for us. The only con is that the place is very dated. Everything is in excellent condition but it appears the last remodel was in the 90s. We would return because it worked for us but if I was looking for a couples retreat or honeymoon I would personally want something more luxurious

The most amazing view I have ever had in all of the years I have been going to Morro Bay. If there is a room available, take it. Beautiful deck with amazing view, full kitchen and great food right next door if you don't want to cook.

Great rooms with an even greater deck view. Full kitchen is amazing! Had just about every cooking utensil you'd need. Bed was very comfortable. Bedroom is seperate from the living room! Right next door to a coffee shop. To top it all off the owner was very friendly and even let us check about an hour later than normal. Looking forward to staying again. 10/10
