「The hotel itself is nice, and the room had a lovely appearance. However, our window looked out onto an alley where people appeared to be living in very poor conditions. This seemed to reflect the contrast in Casco Viejo, where renovation and gentrification are visible throughout the area. 「They canceled on my 4 hours before my arrival in Panama..I was stuck paying for another hotel last minute. I have yet to receive my refund. The manager / owner of the property was very unprofessional and cruel to do that to a solo female Traveller in a country by herself for the first time..they didnt even offer to help to get another place to stay. My flight arrive 7pm at night and that when I knew the booked apartment that was paid for was canceled by them because the over booked.. not...
