「El personal educado pero tampoco wowww, la ubicación buena, la piscina sería mejor digan que no tienen piscina, no existe nadie atendiendo en el sector, no tienen idea de mandar a un mesero para q atienda con bebidas y la piscina mas parecer un jacuzzi grande, casi q no le llega el sol.」

「Terrible experience at this hotel. We were supposed to stay here for 7 nights. I checked out after 2 nights. On our 2nd day, we left our room for an hour to go for breakfast. When we returned, our room was flooded. Water all over, our clothes, bag were wet. Upon bringing this to the attention of the front desk, the guy very conveniently said — “oh yes, that floor has been having that issue”. Why in the world would they give out rooms on the floor that is having an active issue with water leaks...

「Checking in and out was super easy. The staff was responsive and had great suggestion where to eat and what to do. They anticipate your needs. 10/10. The hotel restaurant is great and the room service menu even better. 」

「Good location but property is fairly run down in poor condition. Biggest problem is the staff who can not communicate at all in anything other then Spanish which is a big negative if it is trying to grow tourist business. Elevator is over used and very busy with non residents using it to go to rooftop bar that it becomes a big inconvenience for residents trying to go tonthir rooms having to wait for throne for a long time especially at night or late evenings.
