A great stay from beginning to end. The staff were so welcoming, the breakfast was plentiful and varied, the pool cooled us off, our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel was located within walking distance to the malecon, Our Lady of Mount Carmen, English churches, shopping, the metro and many excellent restaurants. It was a short uber ride to the Panama Canal and Casco Veijo.

The staff is exceptional! Everyone was helpful, welcoming and polite. All my requests were met with a smile and a helpful response. The pool is very nice and there are many lounges and seats around the pool. I stayed in large room with a separate kitchen. It was VERY spacious and had multiple seating areas. The building snd rooms are dated but clean. However the upholstered furniture really needs to be replaced. The couch and chairs looked very old, worn and stained which ruined the overall look and experience of the room. The shower floor should also be updated.

On checking day, we arrived around 7pm on Saturday. It was national holiday and carnival for 4 days in Panama City, Panamá. Jonathan, the receptionist, stated that the hotel is fully occupied even though we had a fully paid reservation for 17 nights . He apologized and asked us to stay in another Marriott nearby. We were pretty upset as we were tired and ready to settle in but we had no choice as we were in a foreign country and at the mercy of the hotel. We stayed for two nights in Marriott nearby. The third night, we got back to marriott executive apartments finisterre. This was very inconvenient for us and we were pretty upset. However, Miguel, the receptionist, called the manager,Eric and reflected our concerns about the situation. They both were very helpful and upgraded our suite to a one bedroom apartment with a great view. Even though we were very upset about the situation that happened to us, slowly we forgot and started to enjoy our trip and accommodation. Everyone at the hotel were very friendly and nice. The breakfast was excellent with warm and cold items. Some changing every day and some constant. I never got bored with breakfast during my long stay. The Resturant staffs were very polite and friendly. The cleaning room staff were great as they cleaned our apartment every day. I would like to thank everyone at the hotel for their hospitality.
