Room was excellent, spacious with a sectional couch, table for 4, floor to ceiling windows, well equipped kichen and spacious bathroom. Even an office! Breakfast buffet was great every day with different options all 8 days, made to order omelettes. Pool and gym were lovely, never a shortage of seating and lots of shade if needed. Great central location, 1 block from the subway, close to lots of restaurants, easy walk to the ocean.

A great stay from beginning to end. The staff were so welcoming, the breakfast was plentiful and varied, the pool cooled us off, our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel was located within walking distance to the malecon, Our Lady of Mount Carmen, English churches, shopping, the metro and many excellent restaurants. It was a short uber ride to the Panama Canal and Casco Veijo.

Room was a huge suite but basically no amenities in it. Breakfast was very basic and exactly the same every morning. Asked for an early check in as we came in a red eye flight and was exhausted, we’ll see what you can do come back at 1:30. Came back and no not ready and no compassion for us being exhausted. Our early check in was 8mon. To regular check in. Really poor customer service all around!

The staff is exceptional! Everyone was helpful, welcoming and polite. All my requests were met with a smile and a helpful response. The pool is very nice and there are many lounges and seats around the pool. I stayed in large room with a separate kitchen. It was VERY spacious and had multiple seating areas. The building snd rooms are dated but clean. However the upholstered furniture really needs to be replaced. The couch and chairs looked very old, worn and stained which ruined the overall look and experience of the room. The shower floor should also be updated.

This is my go-to place in Panamá City. My clean, quiet, spacious room had a great view, even from the kitchen. Metro, buses, shops, supermarkets and restaurants are super close. Shout out to Jonathan and the team for making this place feel like home.
