「This place was pretty amazing Jonathan the waiter excellent service the food very yummy Daniella the snow cones she is the one make possible you eat a snow cones before you eat one. I really recommend this hotel amazing with excellent staff.」

「The hotel overall was great! The only miss was the food options. You have to drive a little while if you want to eat dinner at a restaurant. There are a lot of places around the main street its on, but they are mostly grab n go instead of sit down. The Pampa is in walking distance but the walk is elevated to get to it. Great place for relaxation, views, and some water activities.」

「Beautiful boutique hotel. Cool theme, and great staff. Very yummy breakfast as well. However, the rooms are just not functional. There was nowhere to put your luggage. There was a huge awkward wood, wobbly bench in the Secilia room that was totally unusable and was taking up a lot of room. No hair dryers. There was nowhere to hang your towels and the showers sprayed every which way but on your head. The cleaning service did not refresh the towels that were left on the floor from us cleaning up...

「If you bring luggage, they don have a luggage carrier to get to the rooms, they roll the wheels on pebble stone and sand, Bedroom doesn’t have a trash can other that the bathroom, no soap in the bathroom sink to clean your hands. No plastic or glass cup in the bathroom sink to get water to rinse your mouth. They should also install ceilings fans in the dining area」

「This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. After a long international flight, we arrived exhausted, hoping to rest, only to find our room directly next to active hotel construction. The noise was unbearable, and we were never warned. The biggest issue was safety. The pool area has extremely slippery tiles, and both of our children slipped while exiting the pool, hitting their heads on the ground and ending up with large bumps. This is a serious hazard that should be addressed...
