"Property needs a little pick me up!"

"Patio/poolside furniture was falling apart and there was sand in the jacuzzi. The pool closest to the street didn’t look like it had been skimmed that day. The flooring in the hallways was peeling. The decorative pillow on my bed was stained. The bathroom light fixture was corroded and the shower curtain wouldn’t close all the way, at either end. It is an old property, and it needs some major upgrades, but you can’t beat the location. The beach attendant was prompt and the loungers were very comfortable."

"Very nice room and great customer service from the front desk staff. Breakfast options were great and got our food nice and easy. The kids enjoyed their time in the pool and adults enjoyed some of the beverages from the bar. "

"Great hotel very well designed and everything, staff seem entitled had better customer service at a McDonalds. No one greeted me when walking in at all during my entire stay except once from valet. Pretty sure that should be common courtesy from a “4 star” hotel. Had a pretty good interaction with a waiter but other than that I didn’t even wanna interact with the employees. All I can say is great in every way but customer service sucked.😅"
