"Very nice inside. Due to the older exterior in the downtown area I was expecting a rundown room. Not the case! Huge room, clean, staff was very friendly. They also have a restaurant and bar. Great for event nearby, many options within walking distance."

"bathroom setup was totally unsatisfactory, sink in middle of room???? did not use airport shuttle. breakfast was ok. desk help very poor: easiest way to a/p? "I don't know." where can I find cheap gas? "I don't know!" tv channel guide? "we do not have any!" really poor operation."

"An outdated property with limited amenities. Shower didn’t work and the bed was so uncomfortable. Stayed here purely due to distance to the improv club."

"The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items, from eggs, bacon. Sausages and French toast to oatmeal, cereal and fruit options. The size of the beds in a “premium” room with “queen” beds was limited in space and full size beds and a noisy fridge. The staff at the breakfast are was very helpful and courteous like a restaurant experience. Unfortunately we can’t say the same from the person that checked us in, not friendly at all, but everyone else was nice. The immediate vicinity didn’t look safe to walk around lots of empty buildings. "

"Our waiter this morning was amazing, Location was across the street from where we needed to be. Those are my positives. Lost power early this am which caused this crazy beeping sound waking us up. Front desk didn’t seem to care one bit. And now what I will always mark a hotel down on NO Freaking HOT water in shower. After a freezing concert outside all I wanted was to take a hot bath(I know I’m strange I use bathtubs in hotels) no hot water like barely luke warm. Tried again this am to shower and same thing. So took a cold shower. No one else in our room shower before our long drive home. Very disappointed for 300 dollars a night you would think you would get Hot water"
