The Inn is small, quiet, and comfortable. The cats and dog on the property brought me smiles and the braver/friendlier cat was a lot of fun. The small pond attracts beautiful wildlife including my first tiger heron! I felt safe, had hot showers, and slept well. I wished the kitchen was serving but it was off-season and I found delicious food in town. Having a rental car made it easy to get to downtown and explore.

Great for the few days we had in San Ignacio.

For the budget, this place was excellent. The rooms were clean, showers were hot and powerful, the grounds were pretty and included both a pool and a pond with pretty trees. The Drift Inn isn’t the Four Seasons but it is a good place to spend a few days. HINT: get a pina colada at the pool bar - they’re delicious.

Paradise for the night!

We had a fantastic one night stay here! Service was so friendly, the room was spacious and clean. We absolutely loved the vibe here. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious.

A lovely little reprieve.

We stayed here for a week while exploring the local area. The room was good and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant served excellent food and there was entertainment several times during the week.

Great location, easy drive to town. Staff very attentive. Enjoyed the pool and the kids loved the little game room in the reception area. Matresses were a little too firm and there was no shampoo or conditioner in supplied in the bathroom.

The place was a lot nicer than we were expecting! We did not use the pool but we did order breakfast one morning. Everything was clean and nice. The rooms are very spacious. The staff was nice and helpful

This place is not ideal if you don’t have your own transportation. The restaurant is closed Monday/Tuesday and options in the area are limited and those are the days we were there. The pond and pool are nice. The bed was comfy.

I stayed for three nights with my family of 5 and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The family room was perfect with our little ones. The kids couldn’t stay out of the pool and the trampoline. This is a really good spot for day trips to the Mayan sites in the area and also close to the San Ignancio market. This is a budget friendly hotel that I would happily stay at again in the future

We had a great stay with easy access to coracol and to call. The restaurant was good for what we were there for, though. If you want to see The nightlife of San Ignacio it's a bit out of the way. They did have a driver who is happy to shuttle you back and forth though. Overall, I would definitely stay here again

Rooms are basic. Matresses need upgrading. Has a great pool and trampoline for kids. Staff is awesome and friendly. Food is good. Try the wings!. Bar is same price as in town so no overcharging. Good place for moderate priced stay especially for a family. Lots to explore in the immediate area.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly go back . After a long day out and about it was nice to have the restaurant and bar to relax and enjoy a drink and a meal at the end of the day. The only thing I would change is to have the plastic mattress cover replaced with a more breathable cover.

This was an amazing price for my own private room and bathroom. The pool is beautiful. I didn't get in the lake, but that was beautiful too. The lakeside dining area is spacious and beautifully decorated. I had dinner, breakfast, and drinks at the bar. It was all very convenient. Highly recommended. Very friendly staff. It was chill and peaceful. I only wish I had had a fridge in my room, I probably could have asked for one, but forgot.
