「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Die Unterkunft hat eine recht gute Lage (Supermarkt, kleine Läden und Restaurants in unmitttelbarer Nähe, 5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, von dort ca. 5 Minuten ins Zentrum) Check-in war freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein paar Informationen über Müllentsorgunmg, Reinigung usw. wären hilfreich gewesen. Netterweise hat man uns ein größeres Appartement gegeben. Die Wohnung selber war praktisch mit Schlafzimmer, Bad, Balkon und Küche, aber nicht wirklich schön oder gemütlich. In der Küche fehlten...

Nous avions un appartement avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains.L'endroit est pratique pour se rendre à Gardaland et aux autres points chauds autour du Lac. Je reviendrais certainement. 「Super Anlage mit vielen Angeboten. Die Unterkunft hat alles nötige. Kleine Zusatzinformationen wie, Toilettenpapier, Etc, die nicht vorhanden waren, wären sinnvoll gewesen. Als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern werden wir nächstes mal ein zusätzliches Zimmer dazu nehmen, da es mit dem Gepäck sehr eng war im Mobile home. Ansonsten alles top!」
